True Detective, Season for-the-rest-of-my-life, Episode it-doesn’t-matter

I made an appointment with Weill-Cornell Silver MPN Center for next Wednesday May 31. I’m nerdily excited to see their system/facilities and opinion.

I also received MSK’s most recent appointment summary:

41 yo female with hx of asthma, high eosinophils since 2019, with recent MPN panel positive for CALR exon 9 and ZBM Bx with atypical megakaryocytic hyperplasia and increased eosinophils. On 03/16/23 BMA at MSK confirms MPN most c/w ET, also with hypereosinophilia. Overall she has MPN with CALR mutation and thrombocytosis clinically most c/w mild ET - with concurrent secondary hypereosinophilia from asthma with eosinophilia responsive to inhaled cortiscosteriod Breo Ellipta.

They are saying that my eosinophilia is explained through my asthma and it is being controlled by the Breo medication I am taking.

A chart I made in google sheets showing scatter plot of different eosinophilia levels I've experienced between 2019 and now. It shows my eosinophilia has both increased and decreased over time before.

I went back over time to all the CBCs I can find in my medical records. This is a graph of all my blood tests that chart percentage of eosinophils. Even before I started Breo, my eosinophilia has declined in the past but also increased again.

Below is part of the image I posted last time, showing the decline in eosinophils from my first MSK visit Feb 9, to the BMB March 16. That decline is pre-Breo. I began Breo March 28 which is the day after the circled dot. My decline post-Breo is of flatter slope.

I feel this pokes a hole in the theory for my eosinophilia? TIME IS A FLAT CIRCLE (with varying eosinophils).

Better graph made by my engineer dad:

A better chart my dad made showing the different eosinophilia levels I've experienced between 2019 and now. It shows the start date of the breo and the absolute eosinophil counts where available.
